The worse app wasted my time it does not work

It’s been over a month and I still haven’t gotten a reward or offer yet, waste of time

I ordered and paid for chicken on my pad Thai and didn’t get it. I ordered and paid for extra peanut sauce and didn’t get it. Just proves that I need to stick to the authentic Thai restaurant in Kemptville.

I am a regular since 2012 at Thai express. Love their pad Thai. But it’s infuriating that the app will suddenly tell me that items are unavailable for order (almost like the store is closed). When it is very much open. I missed out on countless points because of this. Fix this please. Seems like the app has a different interpretation of store hours than actual store hours.

When i go on the app there is only half of what’s on there website and i wanted to order the tum yum. Fried rice since it’s my favorite and one of the only things i can order on the menu since i have allergies so overall it’s pretty good i can order another kind of fried rice but if i am i am not getting what i really want, whats the point of spending money?

Only issue is sometimes the app crashes, but works well enough to order online.

When I tried to place an order, the No Thanks button does not work and forcing me to add the special promo of $1 for the stupid desert which I don't want. The app needs to get fixed

Nice looking but I can’t order anything if I select any add-ons. I can select the dish but when I try to order my green curry with extra sauce and eggplant added on, the only button available is “close” which doesn’t add my order to the cart or save anything. It’s also painfully slow. Pretty annoyed that the developers clearly didn’t test their own app… almost makes them lose my business entirely.
