I have been using this app on and off for a few years and it’s gotten worse over time. I upgraded about 2 hours ago and my account still hasn’t been updated. I think the support staff just don’t care anymore, I’ve messaged them on the site, emailed them. I tried logging out and back in again, switched off my phone and turned it back on again several times, changed the password, logged in to the desktop service and even tried paying again but Apple said, you’re already subscribed so it’s definitely an admin issue and the fact that it’s not been sorted two hours later tells me all I need to know. Next time I’ll just use tinder.
