The AA (Ireland)

If you want to pedal your app to customers, perhaps you might bother to actually make it work , have not even got beyond the verify… maybe they should call the AA to fix there broken down app

I’m an AA member and can’t sign into the app using the details they provided so I’m currently paying for benefits I can’t actually use.

Can’t even log in, deleted app and downloaded again and been on to customer support and still nothing

Absolutely atrocious app.

Just mention one example: If the location is not shared with AA at the first beginning, the Rescue me page will prevent the viewing of all the other pages and it cannot be turned off even you shared the location from the settings later. The only option is to uninstall the app and reinstall.

I’m currently located in Cork city but it keeps showing the following error message which pops up and it doesn't let me use the app at all: "App tracking is unavailable outside the Republic of Ireland. If you are in Northern Ireland or UK and require roadside assistance please call us. Mobile rates may apply." App maps shows my correct location but error continues appearing.

App always says that I am outside of republic of ireland and don’t let me ask for rescue, so when I need rescue I have to call de support trough the phone.

I’m trying to verify my account for ages and still no luck . I’m receiving verification email but after confirming that I could not log in anyway - account not recognised! Very inconvenient application!!!

I thought it was one of the best rescue option they don’t even manage to have the app working correctly. Like previous review. Stuck on rescue me me page, error message, out of ROI. I am not. Disappointed.

This app simply doesn’t work. Full of bugs and glitches.
