Track your fitness journey with a detailed progress dashboard that features easy-to-read charts. Calculate your AFT or ACFT scores with precision, including support for Permanent Profiles, and save your scores as either Practice or Record to keep everything organized. When it’s time to report, you can export saved scores to a DA 705 PDF with ease. For group testing, the app allows you to calculate multiple scores at once, saving valuable time.

The app also includes a Body Fat Percentage Calculator, helping you monitor and manage body fat with precision.
