Built by a leader with ADHD, for people carrying real decisions, real deadlines, and real cognitive load. This isn’t a productivity tracker. There are no streaks. No gamification. No daily pressure. Instead, it gives you clarity, direction, and practical support — exactly when ADHD gets in the way. What the app helps you do: - Cut through urgency and mental noise - Reconnect with what actually matters right now - Set clear short‑, medium‑, and long‑term horizons - Translate insight into realistic action - Make better decisions when focus, energy, or motivation drop This is designed for days when you’re capable — but overloaded. HOW IT WORKS: Leadership Insights: Short, structured insights designed for ADHD minds. Each one helps you: - Reframe challenges - Reduce cognitive overload - Focus on direction and identity — not hacks Leadership Horizons (Your anchor): Define your short‑, medium‑, and long‑term horizons — personal and professional — so decisions stay grounded in meaning, not panic. Notes → Habits: Turn notes into one simple habit at a time, generated by your AI assistant. No tracking. No streaks. No shame loops. Just a practical translation from insight to behaviour.
