## The Bank of Commerce Mobile Reviews in United States

### ***** "Great App"
Great update. Tons of new features.
-- cmcd0005, 2024-11-12

### ***** "New App"
New app is great. Lots of features added recently.
-- Ninrsfansd, 2024-10-10

### ***** "Great new App update!"
I see that there's been a different release for the bank app. It's such a great improvement compared with the old view in the previous application. Great job with the change. If you use this for you accounts you need to update.
-- Targheeski, 2024-10-10

### **--- "Bugs Bugs Bugs"
This new update has bugs in the app. One of the bugs is displaying the name of the container variable of the source code rather than the contents of the variable, which I would imagine is the name of the button you’re supposed to press. Another bug is the failure to display any accounts when you go to favorite and account. So this is definitely buggy for the time being.
-- JenniDianne, 2024-09-24

### *---- "Horrible update"
NOT mobile friendly. Really needs to be debugged before releasing.
Pop up screens do not scale to handheld devices and cannot be scrolled to view all information.
-- Waurag, 2024-09-23

### *---- "“unable to process your request”"
The app doesn’t let me log in a good majority of the time. It will just say “unable to process your request”. It is super frustrating when I am trying to access funds to transfer money. I never have this issue with other financial institutions mobile banking apps. I love the Bank of Commerce, otherwise, but the app needs some serious work.
-- slinc97, 2024-04-16

### *---- "Not great!"
Had the app for maybe 3 days and it wouldn’t allow me to access my account at all. Repeatedly said, we are sorry you don’t have access right now. Try again later. I tried repeatedly over two hours but nothing. Also tried the actual website but wouldn’t send me a code and it all worked fine in the morning on that day. No where did the bank say updating or working on issues or the system was down. Not great if you can’t access it.
-- bankfailure, 2023-05-14

### *---- "Glitchy"
This app is just not good. I’ve had so many problems with it the past two years. I’ve had multiple times where I need to check my balance on the go and it just won’t log me in. I have Face ID and it never works. It scans my face and does nothing. It’s a bare minimum app that can’t even function. It’s honestly made me think about switching banks.
-- Flap_jack6, 2021-11-02

### **--- "Glitchy and not easy to login"
Face ID does not work and regular login with I’d and password often does not work. I like the bank. Very underwhelmed with the app
-- Angry Dadddy, 2021-07-22

### ***-- "Temperamental App"
The App is great when it works. But multiple times a week it just doesn’t work, makes you sign in a different way (even when Face ID is active), etc.
-- The B-Dawg, 2020-09-16
