The Bear House creates fashion for curious men. It was born with a simple idea: to make fine shirt which men could wear to work, roll-up their sleeves after and head out straight to a party. Being curious, we’re always searching for better materials, design innovations, analysing your needs and expanding style options for your wardrobe. Starting with men’s shirts in 2017, we have already expanded our playbook to tees, polos, denims, boxers & other categories.

Bought 7 shirts in a single bill. 1 shirt didn’t fit well, hence opted for return, surprisingly return charges were ₹100 and shirt value was 890 something. I dropped the idea of return. Its seemed like a blackmail. Escalated & they replied saying that it’s their company policy. Shirt quality is good, no doubt about it, but the attitude is what matters. 
How can you charge ₹100 for a return in the competitive ecom space.

Uninstalling the app. Though will continue to buy your product from other ecom sites.

While the competitors are offering a hassle free return/exchange options, Bear House choose to play with customer’s hard earned money and time. Exchange/return is very tiresome; quality of the products as it appears in the app, is not equivalent when you actually receive the product.

I requested for exchange and received the same quantity of worst product, I mailed the team and they said cannot exchange or refund by there team . This is how there harsh response. While ordering you will se there is an option to return and exchange but after receiving the item you only get option to exchange. Unnecessarily you will have to keep the pieces that aren’t looking good on you. Customer support is of no use they will tell it was the offer or scheme that you applied that return is not possible. They don’t even give you store credit either. Worst app don’t fall for it.
