When I first started using it, I was extremely pleased, but over the years it has diminished in his quality. When I first started using it, there was no charge to download certain versions of the Bible, n ow they charge you for every version. Also, the English standard version has theoption of it being read to you. You get so many free samples of it then they charge you. I have paid several times to extend it so that I can have it read but it never works. No matter how many times you email no one responds. Update I emailed my concerns to the provider but they have never contacted me to try and resolve the problems which continue to frustrate me.
