Useless for hearing children
I've taught my son sign language and wanted to support that with additional signs and the supporting videos of the story. But it's all in sign - no narration at all to go along with it to help him associate the signs and words. So basically it's useless for me (and the hearing audiences who also want to teach children signs). Otherwise, the pictures look good and there's a video of a girl signing the story. For deaf children, it's probably good. But for hearing children learning sign,not so much.
