QRISK3 is the way to go.
Nothing to recycle and always available, if like me, your phone is the university library in your pocket. The app has become reliable since it first appeared. As I got older it was the obituaries I read first until the pandemic. (In my 20s and 30s it was job adverts in the old print version!) The app doesn’t offer a full range of obituaries seemingly. Throughout the pandemic BMJ has been an indispensable source of information often written by people I already trusted.
Now given up the paper version since earlier bugs have been fixed Would like to be able to copy figures and tables to more apps directly eg Twitter lectures etc
Not unbiased on strikes and their effect. Also not as comprehensive as previously. Why no BMJ for 2 weeks. Seems a regular occurrence to only have 1 BMJ per month and now printed on cheap paper. This weeks edition also not available 5/10/24
Please redesign this so it works consistently - the view depends on where you are, and there are no navigation buttons Update. Now won’t open on iPhone!
Often doesn’t allow access to most recent edition
So easy to receive the the BMJ via its app on my iPhone. The app is easy to use and has access to all back issues. The current issue chapters are nestled upon one another with the headlines in a drop down menu to access the full paper. You can also stroll across horizontally to receive all papers in the edition. Easy design is well adapted for smart phone or tablet.
Always something of interest, every week
Read bmj through app but also in print for Minerva and obituaries, to editorials, systematically from last pages to first. Old habits die hard!
App always asks to restore purchase and when I emailed them about it they said my account does not exist
