### *---- "At the gym trying to work out and the app fails"
If I contributed to joe wicks becoming a millionaire by purchasing his app in exchange for him to help me get fitter but when I come to the gym the app fails I feel like only one of us is getting a benefit from this relationship... Disappointing is little to describe how I feel right now. I will have to up my endorfins by doing some NIKE training club app free trainings.

### **--- "Great for workouts, fails at planning"
The app comes with basic planner where you drop your meals into each day or the week. It doesn’t come with shopping list you still have to scroll thru your meals to get the desired ingredients you need to buy. 
Once you pick a your meals (veggie vegan mixed meat etc) and move up a cycle you will only see your cycle in the library. As an example If you are on the meat plan You will lose the ability to get veggie  recipes from previous cycle. You can only see other plans recipes in current cycle but when you swap you lose everything you had in your planner. Given you only get 20 refuel recipes I used veggie options a  lot but I no longer have access to them. Perhaps access to all recipes and filter for veggie and vegans would be a better idea. No cyo which the 90 day plan users know and adore.
