Display on iPad can be improved
I subscribed to both Straits Times and The Business Times and I find ST more user friendly and the article display, font size, etc are better than BT. Hope BT can review this to make improvements.

Please improve on reading experience
It’s an incredibly glitchy and clunky app
Fails to launch regularly
We have subscribed to BT for more than a year and are getting used to not reading it since we regularly have difficulty launching it. Even when we do, it hangs up after the first few pages. We made a mistake in stopping the hard copy but now have learnt to get the business news from elsewhere. It is now wasted money for us and does not make business sense to continue to subscribe to it.
Very disappointing
The text-to-audio feature keeps failing, just like for the ST App. What’s going on.? Tech support has not helped at all. Please improve your App pronto!
Annoying ‘feature’ of the app
App has Face ID for log in but then directs subscriber to Sph website to log in again! I hate the point of the Face ID. Subscriber is required to relog in every few days. Not user friendly. I’m canceling my subscription
Paid version
I bought a costly subscription and the first thing I see when I open the app is a huge advertisement plastered all over the screen that is super hard to close and ruins the app experience.
Terrible placement of ads
The advertisement placement is bad and it gets accidentally clicked and triggered so easily. It’s irritating. Thanks.
Dark mode needs improvement
Updated to 7.2.15 (28), the dark mode in myBT needs improvement. The gray background is too glaring.
Why are there ads in the paid version?
As a subscriber, why am I subjected to advertisements in the paid version of the application? Could we have a premium version without the ads?
BT app
May I ask which is the correct BT app, this BT 45 or originally there’s another BT in black print; and in ipad it’s BT in sky blue for ipad? So which is the correct one to download?
