## The Cecilian Bank Mobile Reviews in United States

### *---- "Horrible"
This is the worst bank app I’ve ever had. It takes forever to load anything. Takes forever to sign in. Takes forever for customer support. I’m thinking about switching banks just to get rid of this app.
-- Allison2024, 2025-08-05

### *---- "Won’t work"
Updated a couple minutes ago and the app just stays all white and won’t let me in.
-- gsicyaycusgc, 2025-06-04

### *---- "Useless App"
The app opens, but the bank accounts remain blank, showing only a spinning hourglass. This issue occurs both in the “Accounts” section and in the area for making transfers. It has been like this for several days now, rendering the app completely useless, as I need to view my accounts and transactions.

I am submitting this feedback today to give the app a one-star rating (since zero is not an option). This is an unacceptable level of service and reflects irresponsibility on Cecilian Bank’s part.

Please address this issue immediately.

### ***** "Love this app!"
It’s wonderful to have an app that is quick and easy to use. It’s so convenient and allows me to do so many things on my own. Thanks Cecilian Bank!
-- Mlshok29, 2024-12-17

### ***** "Love this App"
The app has seen so many improvements over the years. It is so easy to use and offers all the services the big banks have to offer. The girls at the Sonora banking center are amazing as well!
-- Last Minute Mom, 2024-12-16

### *---- "Poorly Developed"
Have not been able to login to the app for a week because of a loading screen that keeps saying Update 100%. It pops up and goes away over and over and never stops. Plus when it did work, the amount of $ I would have one day would be totally different the next day with no added transactions. Very poorly designed and managed app because nothing changes! I’m fed up at this point.
-- Pottsy45, 2024-06-20

### *---- "STOPPED WORKING"
Will not work. Will not load. Just keeps try and trying and trying and failing and failing and failing to load. FIX YOUR APP.
-- Riddick1129, 2024-06-20

### ***-- "Help"
When I try to login I get stuck on Authenticate multi-factor authentication where it asks to select device it’s greyed out and I can’t press anything.
-- Paul C.L, 2024-04-02

### ***** "Great App!"
This is a user friendly app with great features!
-- cassidypernesky, 2024-01-18

### *---- "Worst app EVER"
Sends a verification code and always get a message unable to authenticate when I put it in. No face recognition either. I’m never able to do anything via this app. Worthless.
