## The Cheese Steak Shop Description
The Cheese Steak Shop app gives our customers everything they need to experience our authentic Philly-style cheesesteak and other sandwiches right at their fingertips. Quickly locate a store, place an order through the app and earn loyalty points in the process through our loyalty program. Every dollar spent earns a point and 100 points earns a $10 reward towards an in-store purchase.

The Cheese Steak Shop was founded in San Francisco in 1982. For more than 35 years we have been committed to using high quality, fresh ingredients to make the best possible sandwiches. To keep it authentic, we even source specialty items like our Amoroso rolls and Taskykakes direct from Philadelphia bakeries and all sandwiches are made fresh to order, any way you want it! No matter how you like it, The Cheese Steak Shop loves to serve it to you the “Real Philly” way.

## The Cheese Steak Shop Reviews in United States

### *---- "Nope"
Worthless. Worse is that it attempted to charge me and I went to the shop and there was no order transmitted. Got the refund after I ordered at the physical shop.
-- No good app pfffft, 2026-06-05

### *---- "Horrible"
Downloaded this app and it had a free fry and drink with purchase of a large or king sandwich but when I try to redeem it says conditions not met. I have tried adding different things, different ways, logging out and back in, deleting app and still doesn’t work
-- bad,eh,good,best, 2025-11-19

### *---- "Won’t even load"
Fix the app or delete it.
-- LouiseLovesApps, 2025-01-18

### *---- "Rewards don’t work"
I have over a 100 points no reward has ever popped up I complain, no response, the app is pointless
-- IEmptyPockets, 2024-12-11

### *---- "App doesn’t work"
I cannot login! It goes to the login page but there is no place to enter any information! So I go to signup and it says there is already an account! Also it needs to have the option for “No Sauce”! This is why I can’t use the App or the website! This is There is also no place to send a message!
-- Light3944, 2024-10-05

### *---- "No credit"
Last two visits, I’ve used the app and ordered a total of 7 large sandwiches. App says I’m 0/100 rewards…
-- Rodjen30, 2024-10-01

### **--- "Poorly written App"
Sandwiches are great. But the menu doesn’t even show each sandwich. Neither are the contents of each sandwich listed. This App needs much work.
-- OneShotos, 2024-09-26

### *---- "Doesn’t even work"
I can’t even pay for my food with this app, it shouldn’t feel like a drag to place a order!!!
-- Aznpanda360, 2024-04-15

### ****- "2.3 stars on your app concerns me."
I visited the store in San Jose California on Monterey Road and the delicious sandwiches were delicious lol like I said I’m just iffy about using your app
-- Gnala, 2023-11-04

### *---- "Useless app"
This clunky app only links you to the mobile site. Better to just use a browser…
-- Harry182182, 2023-09-18
