## The Chemist Warehouse App Description
Chemist Warehouse App features:

- Prescriptions: View your dispensed medication, add electronic scripts, active script list and photo scripts to your medications list. Simply select your medicines and add it to Cart, you can request that your prescription be dispensed ahead of time, so that it can be ready for you when you arrive at the store.

- The Chemist Warehouse App doesn't require you to activate at any local Chemist Warehouse store. If you want to use full features, you will have to register at the store and an activation code will be sent directly to your phone so that you can get started immediately.

- Carer Mode on the Chemist Warehouse App which allows multiple dependants to be handled by one carer allowing the app to be a family app for managing medications.

- Refill Notifications: Notifications are sent directly to your phone to remind you when you require your prescription refilled. Reminders are also sent to remind you to see your doctor when your prescription runs out. Never run out of your medicines again!

- Dose Reminders: Notifications will remind you to take your medications at the right time, on time, every time. By recording your dosing via the easy to use tracker, you'll be able to better see your progress which can be shared with your pharmacist and doctor. Never forget to take your medicines again!

- Pharmacy Chat: Chat with a pharmacist from your local Chemist Warehouse store to seek information regarding your medications and general pharmacy advice to help you get well and keep you feeling great.

Won’t allow registration online and has to be done in store. When you order online, it relies on humans checking messages to fulfil an order and queues a duplicate. Go in store and they advise you to order a day ahead. LOL. Spend some money on your IT you cheapskates.

Unfortunately the app has a problem for me and I’m unable to find receipts. I’ve asked for assistance from staff and they are also unsure why. 

The app is clunky and not intuitive at all. 

You could def work on that as it’s easier than having to call the pharmacy direct

Great to see in medication ordering bug has been fixed and now works ok, but still odd that this does not appear in the ”cart” where most people would expect to find it.

App support link is broken so again writing via review.

Next challenge for the team is to address the history records.  I am often seeing duplication of entries.  Sorting by month and year is good in theory but the same month is being duplicated and entries for the same month in previous years are appearing in the current year.

You can’t just download and use the app, had to go into a store to activate it. Plus you can’t change stores in the app? Apparently you need to delete the app and go through the whole process again for a different store! Will be going back to the old fashioned paper scripts from now on

This app is good to use for electronic scripts, but you can’t see how many repeats you have left. Opening the scripts online rather than in the app allows you to see the amount of repeats left. It would be very helpful to have this information on the electronic scripts too.

App crashes often, asking to sign in every time. Prescriptions don’t save, often giving an error. A few times online order is marked as complete, just to waste time to go to the local  pharmacy and find out they never dispensed it.

Well this is a massive improvement. The old app was super buggy but this actually works well. Thank you!

Some little bugs - I can’t save a new Escript in medications unless I submit it as an order. This is kinda annoying when you get repeats sorted from the doctor and want to add them in for future use. The other bug I’ve spotted:. If you choose Order history it’s sorted by Month, not by most recent, so you get all your September orders from 2024/23/22/21/20 etc which doesn’t make sense. Please fix this up!!
