Love this show! I would 100% give 5 stars but the app in general isn’t great!! every time we click on the app we have to keep logging in every time without fail and have to figure out where we were up to as there is no continue option or resume where you had left off
I have downloaded the new The Chosen App on my iPad but it only works in Portrait mode so you cannot watch properly. I would be happy to pay if it would work properly. Its pretty useless in Portrait mode. So not sure what to do. I had a look in the FAQ site but a fix is not mentioned. I searched online for help and found articles in Reddit and Apple help and found people complaining about the same problem. I am giving a one star rating not for the show which is incredible but for the app which is not. Not sure how I can watch season 3 and 4 now. If someone knows how, please share. thank you.
Fix it so it goes to Landscape, and I will change my rating to 5-stars
Everytime I try to open The Chosen app on my IPhone it kicks me out and back to my Home Screen. Please fix this issue as I am so looking forward to watching the remainder of Season four. I saw the first two episodes in the cinema here in Perth, Western Australia and have been patiently waiting to see more. I am addicted!
Keeps buffering / crashing when using home internet but seems to work okay when using on iphone only / iphone but not via wifi. But another issue is the app doesn’t resize back to portrait view after you watch via landscape view so I had to keep deleting and reinstalling the app. App not so good but the series itself is a blessing. Thanks be to God for making it available and for the chosen team
I have installed and re-installed the app already, but every time I click to go on Season to it just crashes and brings me back to my iPad Home screen. I love The Chosen and I am so hooked, and I cry each episode because of how Jesus was portrayed, it’s so beautifully done. I feel like I am closer to Him each time Jonathan Roumie portrays Jesus. Soli Deo Gloria! But yes, if you could please fix the crashing. Thank you.
Just downloaded the app and impossible to use, crashes as soon as you try and click season 1. I followed the instructions on website;log out hard close app, delete app, reboot device, re-download app and it still doesn’t work.
The show is incredible, but the app is not very good. Quite buggy, and several small things combine into an unpleasant experience. 1. Can only be viewed in portrait mode when not viewing. (Not a big thing, but when one dislikes portrait mode, it adds up) 2. Profile edit saves. When editing a profile, such as username or photo, you can press the button to save, and the prompt says it has been saved, but when you exit is has not saved, I have only recently downloaded the app, but will update with further negative features as I use it more.
The app isn’t let me watch any episodes it just doesn’t load or doesn’t download I had to watch the first season on Netflix but I can’t see anymore I’m spuing
How can I fix the crashing I would love to use the app but after downloading it is just crashing pls help me fix this
