Nickname accounts and choose their colour themes to identify them easily at a glance. You can even personalise accounts by adding your own background photos.
Stay on track
Set up alerts to get notified when important payments come in, or when your balance goes below your chosen amount. You can add goals to your savings accounts and we’ll show you your progress.
Accessibility
Our app is built to support native accessibility features. If you’ve increased text size, added high contrast to colours or changed your phone to dark mode, our app will recognise your choices and work with them. This app has been great since being introduced but over the last 2 weeks has been frustrating having almost login after every time I close the app. Please help fix this issue. Not sure if anyone else is experiencing the same

Great app… latest update has retention bug
Great app, with excellent easy to use functionality. From latest update, it only retains the login for a few days (or less), then you have to login again. Deleted and reinstalled the app and still get same behavior. Annoying. Thanks!
Frustrating having yo fully log in to use app
Since I updated with the latest update I have had to log in three times with my account number and password. Am finding it frustrating to use. I haven’t had to fully log in previously to use the app before.
Always friendly and very helpful
I have been a member of the CoOperative bank for many years, back when it was PSIS. I wouldn’t change for anything, they have been absolutely wonderful.
Almost perfect!
Would love a financial wellbeing spending tracker option added. Other than that, perfect.
Good, but needs some touchups
Transaction history needs more information - It would be good to see the particulars, code and reference details on transactions. Otherwise, good app Also, please please let us disable the quick pay feature. I've accidentally sent money to people instead of transferring money between my own accounts. Also (though not really an app issue) Apple Pay! Please!

Easy to use, well laid out, pleasant colour theme and friendly messaging. It’s a really good app.
Feedback
I’m very happy with the CoOp bank. They allow your own images and have a good variety of accounts. You can tailor the account order in the app and add goals to savings accounts. You can even hide savings accounts. And I like their commentary. Plus the customer service is always good. Also, we receive a share of the bank’s profits each year. I recommend this bank to all my friends, multiple times.
