Hate the new app. It is confusing to use. And why does it show rewards that were already redeemed as still being available? DUH. PLEASE FIX IT.

This company reset the app, deleted all my information, does not answer the customer care line and has no email response whatsoever. Use at your own risk

O/5 stars is my rate for this app one is too much. I literally can’t even register or get into the app I’m just trying to look at the menu since the website doesn’t do a good job at showing all that’s on the menu🤦🏽‍♀️ take this down and redo it PLEASEE it’s frustrating.

Downloaded and was able to sign in then nothing. I closed and reopens the app, same issue. On WiFi and then tried cellular, same issue. Deleted the app and redownloaded, same issue. I give up.

Hawai’i franchises does not allow online ordering or collection of loyalty points therefore this app is useless to anyone in our State.

Horrible app. Can’t even log in. Always glitching. Slow.

Ever since the update last month where it logged everyone out, I haven’t been able to login despite resetting my password each time nor did anything work when I redownloaded the app

The old app works perfectly until they upgraded and changed their rewards system. Now, when I have a reward and “use” it still get charged the full price regardless. My code is scanned, the employee verifies my reward but when I pay through the app the full amount is taken. There is a glitch between the rewards and pay with the app. I haven’t been able to enjoy my rewards.

It can’t even run a debit or credit card because the billing address doesn’t compute right somehow. My billing addresses are 10000% correct, tried 10x. App is completely useless in downloading.
