The Coffee Club

I used to love this app but since my auto renewal I have had nothing but trouble with it. It doesn’t add my spend and saying I have spent nothing in the last 90 days. We go there most mornings for our morning coffee when we do our daily walk. Have contacted help and they say they are working on it. Been happen for months now. So disappointed

Love that I get $rewards towards my next visit

The app was better when you could get unlimited buy one get one free but it’s still good value. We have coffee at least 4 times a week from coffee club so it saves us a fortune. It’s only when we have others with us that we would like more two for ones. Hubby and I both have cards so we can do 2 more than having one card and that helps.

So worth it. Get the VIP it pays for itself tenfold.

app could do with a upgrade.. make it more interactive & have updates to transactions quicker.. make ordering process a lot easier atm there are so many steps one has to do to order.. it does not need to be so difficult

Only downside is can’t redeem reward dollars when ordering online

Always happy with the food from Coffee Club Gladstone Central, staff are always friendly and prompt with service unlike their competition across the road at Lb.

Hi, I was told at Surfers Paradise store that I couldn’t get buy one get one free coffee anymore still having my membership card. But I am still getting them. Quite confusing. Very disappointing to hear that so I hope that is not going to happen. The coffee has been much nicer over several months now. I have oat milk decafe. I normally go several times a week. We are pensioners so the card helps us to be able to go out and get coffee Thank you very much. Regards Helen Free
