## The Coffee Club Reviews in Australia

### **--- "Mmm"
What are the points for, I still don't understand? and in the cafe they don't say anything..
-- Silvi1218, 2024-12-22

### *---- "False advertising"
scanned the poster that said would get a free coffee on sign up. Get to the till, says you need to get an email. Said no email showed up. “Yeah you have to wait a half hour”. Defeats the purpose of having a poster while you at a coffee shop.
-- aliasboy, 2024-12-14

### *---- "Birthday Gift ?"
Kept getting emails about make a purchase and share in this big birthday gift giveaway, all sorts of prizes etc, I bought an item scanned my barcode, no gift, sent an email following it up, no response. That’s it for me, a tonne of cafes around, you’ve burnt the bridge for me
-- no-more-paywall, 2024-12-10

### *---- "Not clear"
Downloaded the app, the store did not know how to use it, asked to make sure the 1st coffee was free as per the app promotion , they say yes. Then we did not get it . If your going to do a promotion make sure the stores know how it works
-- rskb4, 2024-11-27

### ***** "Coffee club App"
So handy with the menu and options to order in plus the locations
-- Nish☕️, 2024-11-19

### ****- "Great and easy to use"
Easy to use.
Only recommendation would be that we can use the points from the table and not have to go see the cashier to have it scanned.
-- RJAC90, 2024-11-19

### ***** "Thanks"
Very user friendly
-- CassandraLH, 2024-11-13

### *---- "Points gone"
I had about $4,60 credit the. I entered your comp which cane back and said I had a $2,40 coffee to claim then I logged out and couldn’t get back in so changed my password and then lost everything ??? Not happy
-- lookingforphonecontact, 2024-11-12

### ****- "Okay"
But app sends me to a Brisbane store instead of Perth
-- pjn78, 2024-11-09

### *---- "Free coffee"
No good free coffee voucher on joining app
 doesn’t work
-- Tessjune, 2024-11-08
