## The Commerce Casino Reviews in United States

### *---- "App doesn’t work"
You can’t add yourself to games
-- GmoS11, 2024-10-14

### *---- "So many things wrong"
Cannot even log in.
It’s a headache singing up.
Cannot see the curses or type in the letters to log in.
-- bazaardaddy, 2024-04-18

### *---- "the worst poker App in LA area"
The app is a totally trash. You cannot really put your name on the board, so many times the app just was closed by itself. Commerce can’t even hire some IT specialist to fix it. Totally neglect by Commerce casino
-- Sfimanh, 2023-02-23

### *---- "Should be less than 1 star"
Live waitlist doesn’t work, app almost feel useless. I have also email their tech support so many times, they reply by saying they are on vacation, this app is equivalent to the casino service, Don’t waste time to download it. 1 star rating is pushing it. Let me know if I’m wrong commerce casino staff.
-- ogsmojo, 2022-06-20

### **--- "Can’t see waitlist"
Would like to see waitlist without having to log in every time. Still can’t join the waitlist. It’s April 2021.
-- randycoon, 2021-04-23

### *---- "THIS APP IS TRASH!"
Delete it! Don’t even waste your time! How can I add ZERO STARS? I’m a regular here, but I WILL NOW GO TO OTHER CASINOS since they can’t even get their app right. Not to mention their HUGE POKER DROP and they can’t even find a working up? TRASH! Delete! NEXT CASINO!
-- ex-commerce Regular, 2020-11-07

### *---- "Not working"
Tried registering multiple times, called in and was told that you cannot register yet even though I have a commerce ID.
-- 300/500 500/1500, 2020-10-14

### **--- "As others have said..."
As others have said...I can’t add myself to waitlists or even see any games to be able to. Location is always on which I don’t like either. 2 mile geofencing means I can never use it as I leave 10 miles away and it’s impossible to drive and use this app.

Sorry commerce. Nice try but fir regs it doesn’t cut it. Just let bravo add us to waitlists.
-- JonathanJLA, 2019-12-15

### **--- "Waitlists No Longer Work"
When first downloaded, waitlists would appear for all games pending/going in the poker room. Now, no waitlists appear regardless of location settings being Always On.

While the app is still useful to see how many tables of specific games are going, view comp balance, etc. my primary reason for downloading no longer works.
-- MRod611, 2019-11-10

### *---- "App is a big waste"
Can’t put name on waiting lists like advertised. Staff has no idea what’s wrong with it. Really lame
-- hbsocalkid, 2019-05-30
