There simply is no other place that has so many creative choices for organizing anything you have that needs containment. Their products are sturdy and work. I have reliable storage everywhere in my house with ease of placing and even more important, ease of seeing what is inside the storage. They make it easy and fun to become obsessed with “containing” things. -- lcphdnm, 2024-12-20 ### ****- "Cumbersome check out" When ordering multiples of the same item they appear in the cart as individual items. Editing the cart is unnecessarily tedious and time consuming. There is no way to clear the cart and start over. -- Duke of Haphazard, 2024-12-13 ### ***** "Wow!" Great app. Thank you! -- Bo stone, 2024-12-08 ### *---- "Never works" This app literally never loads. It doesn’t get past the blue background. -- adriendaisy, 2024-12-05 ### *---- "Difficult" Difficult because you have items out of stock so I can’t purchase now with my birthday coupon or the bogo and get it later so I have to do multiple orders and save for later making my coupon unable to be used on my very large over $1000 purchase -- Danielcogan, 2024-12-01 ### *---- "Can’t Meet Commitments" I purposefully chose the store that showed my items as in stock for pick-up. The promised pick-up date came and went, and my order (which I had to check on, as no communication came to indicate anything) showed ‘delayed’ with no further information (new date? Option to pickup some items? Apology that items were now out of stock?). I checked status of my order from desktop online menu, using chat, and was told I needed to call the store. Called the store and was told they couldn’t find one of my items. Wasn’t offered the option to pick up the remaining items. Was told they would call back in half an hour when another employee came in who might know where my items were. My order remains in delayed (limbo) status. Re-ordered the exact items, which all still indicate are in stock. We’ll see if they can execute the second order. I could abide by a delayed status if they push communicated to me or otherwise attempted to reset expectations, but no attempt was made. -- JM from DE, 2024-11-16 ### ***-- "Clunky online payment" I re-entered a new credit card. Had to enter it twice. Took 4-5 confirmations to process the purchase. Thank you for the discount, though! -- ricknilsa, 2024-11-12 ### ****- "Short of employees" The two working today were very nice but one was the cashier and one on was on the computer. Difficult to get help finding merchandise. -- ggangwer, 2024-11-07 ### **--- "Glitches galore" The app has been clunky as of late. Attempted to check out several times, only to be sent back to my cart. Maybe it was a sign that I didn’t need to purchase but I like the convenience of shopping ahead so I don’t make impulse purchases at the store. Just very frustrating. -- Nochsr, 2024-11-02 ### ***** "The best!" The app is ok but this is one of the best stores ever! -- Mrs. WM, 2024-10-22 [View all The Container Store reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## The Container Store Discovered Keywords - the home store - the container store - pier 1 - pier one - container store - room and board ## Apps Similar to The Container Store - [Williams Sonoma](https://apptail.io/app/williams-sonoma-qvu/united-states) - [Madewell](https://apptail.io/app/madewell-CJI/united-states) - [Crate & Barrel](https://apptail.io/app/crate-barrel-EKI/united-states) - [SOMA Intimates Womens Lingerie](https://apptail.io/app/soma-intimates-womens-lingerie-IKI/united-states) - [Pottery Barn Kids Shopping](https://apptail.io/app/pottery-barn-kids-shopping-LFK/united-states) - [Pottery Barn](https://apptail.io/app/pottery-barn-WRO/united-states) - [West Elm](https://apptail.io/app/west-elm-ZRO/united-states) - [Perigold](https://apptail.io/app/perigold-YVO/united-states) - [Ruggable](https://apptail.io/app/ruggable-bWO/united-states) - [J.Crew](https://apptail.io/app/jcrew-aNum/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
