One star.

This app does not correctly pin my residence location in a well-established mobile home park. My neighboring unit appears on the map, but mine does not, which creates a serious accessibility and pickup reliability issue.

What makes this especially frustrating is that C-Van paratransit staff suggested I use Current as an alternative transportation option. However, if the app cannot accurately identify my actual pickup location, it is not a reliable option for riders with mobility limitations.

I hope this issue gets fixed, because accurate pickup locations are not a minor detail for disabled riders who depend on transportation services.

Could never rely on the current every single time I need it it’s full they should add more current vans because a lot of people who don’t have vehicles won’t be able to make places like the kids in school when they are late they should be dropped off first because they need to be there on the time told
