## The Daily Record Reviews in United States

### ***** "Missing parts"
This app is terrible! Parts of the newspaper are blank and even though I have a paid subscription, I am forced to look at pop-up ads.
-- IcedTwithLemon, 2025-10-11

### ***** "My morning paper"
The first thing in the morning, after obtaining my coffee, is to grab my iPad and log into the DR app. It’s wonderful to be able to start my morning getting local news with a spattering of National and world news. The day is not the same without starting off the day with the DR…..and my coffee.
-- RS in Orrville, 2025-06-14

### ***** "Got it wrong"
The death of 3 of our heroic soldiers on the bottom of 3rd pg of Todays paper… typical of this liberal paper to cover for an enept pres and his mistakes. Deserved FRONT pg, get it right!
-- Rscwooster, 2024-01-29

### *---- "Not Unbiased, A mini USA Today"
Very little news of local interest. The weeklies practically do it better. Their bias is so obvious as to be ridiculous. They are projecting a political attitude found in Columbus not in Wayne county.
-- Woosailor, 2024-01-14

### ***** "Very good!"
An excellent paper covering the local area and county in all matters.
-- Lupwa’enu, 2023-08-30

### *---- "Cannot sgn in"
Try to read articles, but no keyboard to sign in. Ridiculous!
-- ¡Gracias!, 2022-07-21

### **--- "Repetitive articles"
Too many articles are repeated, sometimes same 3 on same page. Editor needs to edit.
-- mshissy, 2021-10-11

### *---- "Awful app!"
I totally agree with the previous review. Can’t access subscribers only articles even though I AM a subscriber, but when I click on Already a Subscriber? the wheel just spins forever. The Plain Dealer finally fixed their app. Why can’t you?
-- backwardnomad, 2021-08-28

### *---- "Down for DAYS!"
The app was down for several days last week and would continuously prompt for
Login credentials and then just sit and spin. Please get your act together before we lose as many online readers as we lost on the print side because of terrible, inconsistent delivery!
