I have a subscription but it says on the app to subscribe I have updated my payment details u take my money and then say I need to subscribe just to read the paper and now instead of paying $16 a month u expect me to pay $34.99 a month unfricken believable 🤬🤬🤬 u gotta stop screwing around with your LOYAL CUSTOMERS!!! I've absolutely had it with u mob, I'm done 😤 I updated my payment details numerous times yet it still says I have an overdue balance and yes I have sufficient funds this time!!! I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. STOP trying to improve on something that was working. Digitalisation has once more appeared.
It hurts my eyes watching it take place on my iPad. And then some blocks are left blank or blacked out, making it I,possible to see what was there. Not to mention the occasional blank papers that won’t load and eventually the app closes and you have to scroll to find where you were up to when it shut down. This is not good in anyway,

The app is generally fine BUT please can you make the Auto Hide Reader Navigation Bar STAY ON as it (and it is the only selectable option that does not stay selected) instead of requiring it to be selected each time the paper is opened. Is it as world-altering as the Middle East conflict, no, but it is annoying and probably only needs 5 minutes of coding to change. Please can you have a look at it for the next app update.
