Tampered product received

I ordered AHA-BHA peeling solution and the bottle I received was already unscrewed and spilled. Additionally when I used the peeling solution the red colour was smeared all over my palm and face. I tried contacting the customer service but no resolution was given.

Return or product related

It seems like had a frustrating experience with Derma's customer service. After purchasing a peeling solution from their app, i received a defective product with a shaking dropper that caused the product to spill inside the bottle. When you tried to return it the next day, they took 4 days to respond, despite their policy stating that returns should be processed within 7 days. When you attempted to return it on the 6th day, they informed you via email that it was not eligible for return. This has been a very disappointing experience for you, and you advise others to think twice before making a purchase from them.

Worst customer service , i have ordered 5 days back it is showing still expected delivery , tried contacting the team but there is no contact number , worst app

Very poor service and delivery of the product they don’t even support to the quarries.

Order hasn’t been shipped in 21 days

I ordered 3 products on 2nd of April. Expected delivery was a week later. It’s been already more than three weeks, not a single product has been packed or shipped or delivered so far. Today is 23rd of April, tracking page says order is yet to ship. There is no update as well. There is no real customer support. They use bot based email support only, which tells you to be patient in an auto generated response. Eventually I’ll forget about the order and payment I made. If you can not even ship the products in 3 weeks, refund the money.
