I wasn’t able to add my stocks under the portfolio. Looks like a glitch. The add holding button doesn’t respond at all to let me add my portfolio stocks.
Just downloaded the app on my iPad. Really like it. Question. ? Does it track my drips I’m also having trouble editing my holdings
I’m not sure when this happened, but the free version appears to completely disallow adding new investments. I manually added all of my investments months ago, and went to update with new holdings. There is no way in the free version to add or modify holdings. Bye!
Canadian here. All my investments are either in Canada or the United States. Downloaded the app a few months ago. Inputted all my date. Easy to use. Decent interface. After a couple months I started noticing that sometimes when it said I would be receiving a dividend it didn't happen. As I noticed this a few more times I began to investigate. Turns out that it was only Canadian stocks which were the problem. What this app said was the payout date was sometimes the ex-date or other times the declaration date. The US dates were accurate. As half of my portfolio is Canadian, this was a major problem. So I have to use another app - which I don't like as much - but at least it is accurate. I wanted to bring this to the developer's attention but you can only do that when you are a paid subscriber. And since half my information was inaccurate I was not going to become one! Bit of a catch-22. So hopefully the developer reads this comment because I'd like to use the app but won't until the Canadian information is fixed.
This app does not allow CAD to be saved. It Automatically switches back to USD.
Seemed like a helpful app however wouldn’t change currency selection to CAD despite me trying it multiple times. This made the app unusable for me.
Really happy to see the app being available. This far it’s just as intuitive and informative as the website. Great job!
this so convenient!!!
I’ve been paying for a monthly subscription to The Dividend Tracker for over a year, and it has been a terrible experience. Their customer service is the worst I’ve encountered emails are unprofessional, they don’t offer reimbursements for the app’s constant issues, and they never apologize. The subscription is supposed to include automatic portfolio uploads, but it often takes over a week for updates to reflect after purchasing stocks. I’ve been complaining about this for months, yet the app remains unreliable. If you’re serious about tracking your investments in real-time, this app is not it. I can’t wait to find a better alternative and unsubscribe. I also plan to recommend that other members I know do the same.Save your money this app is not worth it
