First they told me premium subscription will be ad-free and after payment I do see many ads. Upon clarification ET says there will be ads even after subscription. This is unacceptable and misleading claims to trap customers. Didn’t expect such cheap stunts from ET. Also, The Economists subscription is not included in ET prime subscription. On call agents say except AI tool everything will be part of premium subscription but not the case. Also, i was promised 5yrs + 6 months subscription which I didn’t get and my existing 3 months subscription also got overwritten. Very unethical business from ET, people pls don’t fall in their premium trap.
