Content is great but the app needs improvement. While it’s possible to select the text size within the article, the main menu size is very small and it’s not clear if and how this can be increased. It’s not very easy nor intuitive to handle audio. Support is dismal with hour long queues and questionable agents.

I like to read the weekly edition. Sometimes I leave it in the middle of an article , I don’t close the app and I go to a different app on my phone. When I want to go back to where I left, I find myself in the home page, which forces me to navigate through the app and weekly edition again to find the article I was reading. It is really annoying.

Very high quality but would truly enjoy less monotone audio versions of reports. Perhaps consider NPR as a reference. Naturally, we're more likely to recall more lively, authentic and personality in audio input tones.
