Content has always been top notch, but the app too has been improving a lot recently in terms of snappiness and overall quality.
The app is slow and frequently fails. It is a shame that such a good content is so annoyingly slow to get due to a poor app implementation. It cannot be that expensive to design a decent app, so that the Economist would not be able to afford it. I am very close to canceling my subscription out of share frustration with this app
With the latest update I can only copy text not being able to look up words. Very annoying

But why won’t my favourite articles sync between devices?
The content is naturally excellent but the app seems a bit oldish as what comes to the user experience and UI.
