## The Edge Fitness Reviews in United States

### *---- "Poor updates"
Still haven’t fixed the apple wallet support. Not that complicated. Even planet fitness has that feature working properly.
-- whydoineedanametoreview, 2024-12-07

### *---- "Worthless"
Cannot log in on iOS app, keeps replying that the log in failed, but the web version works. Just wish this app would get fixed. Do not recommend. Use the phone.
-- ipadjoter, 2024-11-15

### *---- "Hard to Set up Payments Among Other Bugs"
Who’s updating this app? It won’t save my payment method.
No ease, no effortlessness.
-- Melli Lee, 2024-09-27

### *---- "Bad app"
The app is not very functional. Half the time it doesn’t allow me to register for classes, it doesn’t stay up to date on registrations I’ve had to make over the phone because it’s not working, and no location for the video workouts I’m supposed to have. Perks don’t update from the website either. Only thing that does usually work is the badge to access the gym.
-- mak.mak.mak., 2024-08-28

### ***-- "Calorie Counter"
Loving this app. I like the fact that I can add the food I eat for the day. There should a place to enter my targeted calories for the day and add it up. Even a water intake would be a good add. Workout videos do not mirror screen on TV.Makes it kinda to do a workout from the phone. Days that I work I workout from. It would be super helpful if I could mirror screen
-- stacia69, 2024-08-17

### *---- "App is broken"
The app is broken. I entered my email address and tried to enter my password. It didn’t work. I attempted password recovery - and I definitely used the correct email address. The email with my recovery password never came after more than 20 attempts. Emailing customer service got a bizarre response about how proud they are of their classes on the app… and absolutely NO assistance to me to open the app. Probably canceling my membership over this.
-- faintly mcabre, 2024-06-18

### *---- "Is not working."
The app has not worked for me since creation; the other one was fine, but I never could get on this one.
-- Patricia Canepa, 2024-04-10

### *---- "Log in"
I’m new to Edge and can’t log on to app.
-- IGstarr1, 2024-03-16

### *---- "Unable to log in"
Ever since they made a new app for no reason, I am both unable to log in or reset password. FIX YOUR BUGS
-- Donut Smack, 2024-03-06

### *---- "App still not working with most recent update"
Update 1/6/24
After at least three updates the same exact issues continue. Doesn’t recognize login credentials, doesn’t send password reset email. It’s officially been a year since this app worked for me. Perhaps I am the fool for thinking maybe this update will be the one that works.

Update 8/27/23: after two app updates since my last review on 6/1 it still doesn’t work!!! Incredible!

As of 6/1/23 I STILL can’t sign into the app! This app hasn’t worked since January after multiple updates! The developers should really be embarrassed at this point.
