## The EleFant Reviews in India

### *---- "Overpriced and only puzzles after purchase"
When you try to sell your agent promise 500-900 toys but as soon as you purchase you can only order puzzles of 100-250 rs. Why do you demonstrate good toys in your stalls if you are not going to provide it later. Your inventory is weak. I liked your concept but you want to make money very early by playing with customer. See you may be able to sell something to customer but once they experience you will not get any repeat customer next year. Just wait and see yourself
-- skynetIND, 2025-01-01

### ***** "Delivery at doorstep"
Kids loved the variety of toys. I saved huge based on subscription. There were few delays in deliveries and it is completely fine, as we understand startup’s will have hiccups at initial stage. I am confident this team will learn from shortcomings and improve in future. Keep up the good work 😎
-- thenameiskumaar, 2024-11-05

### *---- "Order never delivered"
I would rate the app zero star if available. Ordered a toy on 30 October which was to be delivered on 31 October. However, it is 3 November today and I am still waiting for the toy. I guess it will never get delivered. All this library concept is a sham. Thankfully, I have got the subscription at ₹1/- only from Times Prime app otherwise I would have never paid for this app. Even ₹1/- feels like a waste for this app.

### ***** "A great concept love it."
A great initiative, as a parent it solves one of big problem of cluttering. Also make my kiddo learn better usage of toys and learning new concept of renting.
-- rocker2708, 2024-10-08

### *---- "Pathetic Service"
We took the subscription of The Elefant for our 8 month old daughter and had more confidence on its service compared to other such toy libraries available in Bengaluru as it seemed more organised.
However, within 2 months we are wanting to end the subscription. There is always delay in delivery. The app doesn’t work effectively - no real time update. App seems to be for namesake with follow-up and tracking to be done manually with customer service. Also, didn’t like the coverage of toys - one can find much better and relevant coverage of toys at some other platforms.
-- Prateek Chaturvedi, 2024-10-04

### *---- "Even after payment subscription is not activated"
There are multiple issues in their iOS App. I have made the payment somehow but subscription is not activated. The app is not able to invoke any other app be it PhonePe, WhatsApp or any other linking app to make payment or contact on WhatsApp.

### ***** "The elefant"

-- Tushar pardhanji, 2024-09-23

-- Vaidehi D, 2024-09-23

### ***** "Cost effective toy solution"

-- Khushidogra, 2024-09-22

### ***** "Must for kids and families"
