Terrible app and terrible customer service… COMPLETE SCAM
I downloaded entertainer in 2023 and using the old version of the app was great. Everything worked smoothly and I was able to get great deals using the app. HOWEVER, in 2024 when I renewed my subscription (which cost me $60) I was unable to use the app for 3 days AND COUNTING. When I reached out to customer service on whatsapp, all they told me was to wait as they were facing some technical difficulties which they were working on fixing. When I asked for an approximation on when the issue would be fixed, I got a curt response. Three days later, I am STILL unable to use my subscription which was supposed to last for exactly 365 days. I’ve lost 3 days and supposedly will lose more as they claim to take two days for the backend team to get back to me on the issue. All I can say is the new version is completely unreliable and the entertainer team has done an awful job at responding to the needs of a paying customer. Will be attempting to get a refund on my subscription if they are still unable to help me.

So many places have closed down but app still show they’re available
The app IS NOT USEFUL & TOTALLY NOT UPDATED at all, so many info of the places (restaurants) in Singapore are not accurate. I have even called in to inform the staffs to request to update 1-year ago, but never update at all as I just saw the closed down restaurants are still located in the app as available for booking/reservation yesterday (17 May 2022). Pls don’t waste money and time to buy this app, you’ll be UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED. Mark my words!!! Don’t understand why my brother kept supporting their business by renewing & paying yearly for this app which is really really useless to the core!

Merchant list is getting disappointing
The list of restaurant and available options is getting worse and worse every year. Disappointing to be a subscriber each year. Probably switching to other subscriptions which offer better deals and larger merchants base
Good value for money.
Great portions two dishes for three of us.
Too many restaurants taken out this year.
Not worth it anymore.
Same app for less
Family and I have been an Entertainer subscriber since 2018. I got to say that the list of restaurants has vanished one by one over the years. Regretted getting the 2022. This would be the last.
