Great app, lost loads of weight on the plan and think it could be viable to follow long term, big didn’t want to leave a review just yet.
However the app forced me into it because every time I click a button or follow a link it asks for a rating! So annoying!

Everything in one place. The week’s meals are planned (complete with shopping lists) with plenty of choices to swap out if not particularly liked. Although I must say all are so simple and most are delicious. I’ve got food ideas now that I will always will be cooking! Support a plenty in the form of exercises, mindfulness and educational articles. All of real interest providing motivation. I feel like I’m in good hands because of the effort that’s been put into balancing the diet plan and I know I’m looking after my body and therefore health. 6 weeks in and 16 lbs lost. I’m being taught how to eat again…..

The meals, workouts and lessons are great and have completely changed my way of eating.  I did have a question for support and was told to go to my health provider which I thought was unnecessary as they could have provided the information i needed as it wasn’t a health issue.  
There can be a lot of waste with the meals suggested as such small quantities are used, and although you can freeze meals for later use which I did it was not the easiest to substitute the meals suggested. 
For the shopping list it would be so much better if you could edit the meals you were buying for and the quantities before printing the list out.  This is available in other plans I have used and helps so much with wastage and buying enough food for a few days at a time rather then 1 week, especially with short shelf life dates for so much fresh food.

So happy with this diet. I read the Fast 800 book which was very informative. The app is great for planning meals and pulling together your shopping list - love it love it love it ! There are so many recipes to choose from - I’m of the Fast 800 Keto diet and I’m never hungry. The recipes are tasty and filling. Meals can be batch cooked and frozen. There are articles to read each day which help you on the way, an exercise programme and a community hub you can join with various groups. It’s so sad that Dr Moseley is no longer with us - such a legacy he has left behind which will have such a positive impact on so many lives.

I call it a diet app, but it’s more a change of eating habits. We’ve been following the Fast 800 for six weeks and I’ve lost nearly 9Kg. The app is easy to navigate and I love that I can plan my meals for a week and get the matching shopping list. I’ve always hated thinking about what to eat so this app is heaven sent for me. And when we complete the 12 weeks we can change to another suitable programme. The associated daily information is helpful, too. It is all evidence-based which suits my scientific personality. If you don’t fancy the suggested meal it is easy to change, with the meals calorie counted and labelled to suit all tastes.

Despite an update the app isn’t fit for purpose.  Content is outstanding but a bug that asks you to rate the app every time you click on anything is intolerable.

Subscribed today - answered all the info questions and submitted my details. Got my meal plan for the 7 days, free trial period however having cooked the lunch and dinner meals the app is now saying it’s not connected to the wi-fi and to check my data !!! There’s is no issues with my wi-fi, in fact I deleted the app and re-downloaded. It’s refused/denied my log in 4 times now, so I’ve cancelled my subscription and deleted the app 😟

The fast 800 itself is great and I love the recipes as they’re easy to follow. My rating is about the app and not the diet. I’ve struggled, for the second time, to access the recipes to plan my week ahead because it keeps asking me to sign in. When I do try to sign in, it just keeps spinning. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it and it’s still not working. So frustrating!

I’m your typical yoyo dieter and I suppose the fact that I’ve been subscribing to this for 4 years means that it didn’t work - BUT - I’ve lost more weight, more quickly and comfortably on this plan than anything else. The recipes are genuinely great. 

I’m a lazy man - who doesn’t enjoy dieting and hates exercise - yet this keeps me fit and in my regular size clothes (just 😁)

I love this program and have used it for awhile but my app frequently sticks when logging in. It happens on my iPad and my phone. Reported it a few times but they don’t seem to do anything about it. I have to delete the app and reinstall to get it to work frequently. It’s very frustrating because otherwise the program is great. I have logged this a number of times with the support team but it hasn’t been resolved. Tbh I am sick of wasting my time emailing them.

This is a one stop shop for losing weight and getting healthier. 
The plan / app is fully flexible and offers an excellent range of options for meals, including vegetarian, with weekly shopping lists and easy to follow delicious recipes. 
A variety of daily exercises for all abilities are also included. 
I’m battling menopausal weight and have lost 7lbs in 10 days. 
As a daily migraine sufferer, another benefit has been that I haven’t had a sign of even a mild headache in the two weeks I’ve been following the programme. 

I’ve been waiting years for something as comprehensive this, under one roof!

The recipes for a week at a time for two people 
causes food waste if you can’t batch cook. These is because there are odd small amounts used meaning there are opened food items that will go bad. It would be better for instance that the weeks planned menu makes use of the other “half a tin”.

As soon as you cancel your subscription, you lose all access, despite Apple’s subscription page saying you still have access. This means I lost the free trial immediately and couldn’t try anything out.

I have been a member and using this app for years. It’s my health tracker, diet planner and daily exercise in one app. The exercise is simple and because of that motivational for me to do every weekday. I feel so good afterwards. I feel more flexible, more energetic and happy. I don’t always follow the meal suggestions - wish there was a way to tick had another F800 friendly meal or add the recipe like My Fitness Pal as l like to tick boxes. Overall love the app.
