## The Feedback App Description
Mit der eKomi POS App können Sie Bewertungen von Ihren Kunden direkt vor Ort einholen. Per Tablet kann der Kunde noch im Laden bewerten, wie zufrieden er mit dem Service war. Die Abgabe von Sternen und Text ist möglich. Die gesammelten Bewertungen werden an eKomi überspielt, vom CFM Team überprüft und stehen anschließend im Kundenbackend sowie der Zertifikatseite zur Verfügung und werden an Google übermittelt.
