Forge your gear up ten ranks, collect 95 vigilantes across the five families, and raise a stable of pets that fight alongside you. RUN THE ECONOMY Extort 40 rackets and manage the police investigation that follows. Buy property across all ten districts. Smuggle 30 kinds of contraband between cities while dodging customs. Trade eight companies on a live stock market. TAKE THE RISK 20 multi-stage heists where you choose after every stage whether to bank what you have or push for more. Fail and you lose the lot. FIGHT REAL PLAYERS Ranked Arena seasons and full player-versus-player combat built on stats, gear and timing. BUILD A FAMILY Form or join a family, pool a treasury, and climb the ranks from Associate to Don. Absolutely loving this app so far! The concept is fresh and really engaging—building your own empire in a text-based mafia RPG is such a cool idea, and it stands out from a lot of other games on the App Store. The gameplay is immersive, easy to get into, and keeps you coming back for more. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into the design and overall experience. Even at this stage, it’s already really enjoyable, and I’m excited to see how it grows with future updates. Definitely worth downloading if you enjoy strategy and story-driven games. Huge potential here—can’t wait to see what’s next! -- Lizkathoxo, 2026-03-30 [View all The Fifth Family reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## The Fifth Family In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Syndicate Pass | £9.99 | | Capo Pack | £19.99 | | Street Regen Pack | £9.99 | | Underboss Pack | £49.99 | | Don Syndicate Pack | £99.99 | | Hustler Pack | £9.99 | | Starter Pack | £4.99 | ## The Fifth Family Available In - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/the-fifth-family-mafia-rpg-dprz/united-kingdom) - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/the-fifth-family-mafia-rpg-dprz/united-states) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/the-fifth-family-mafia-rpg-dprz/australia) - [France](https://apptail.io/app/the-fifth-family-mafia-rpg-dprz/france) - [Cyprus](https://apptail.io/app/the-fifth-family-mafia-rpg-dprz/cyprus) - [Czechia](https://apptail.io/app/the-fifth-family-mafia-rpg-dprz/czechia) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/the-fifth-family-mafia-rpg-dprz/germany) - [Dominican Republic](https://apptail.io/app/the-fifth-family-mafia-rpg-dprz/dominican-republic) - [Ecuador](https://apptail.io/app/the-fifth-family-mafia-rpg-dprz/ecuador) - [Estonia](https://apptail.io/app/the-fifth-family-mafia-rpg-dprz/estonia) - [Egypt](https://apptail.io/app/the-fifth-family-mafia-rpg-dprz/egypt) - [Uzbekistan](https://apptail.io/app/the-fifth-family-mafia-rpg-dprz/uzbekistan) - [Brazil](https://apptail.io/app/the-fifth-family-mafia-rpg-dprz/brazil) - [Hungary](https://apptail.io/app/the-fifth-family-mafia-rpg-dprz/hungary) - [Jordan](https://apptail.io/app/the-fifth-family-mafia-rpg-dprz/jordan) - [South Korea](https://apptail.io/app/the-fifth-family-mafia-rpg-dprz/south-korea) - [Cayman Islands](https://apptail.io/app/the-fifth-family-mafia-rpg-dprz/cayman-islands) - [Sri Lanka](https://apptail.io/app/the-fifth-family-mafia-rpg-dprz/sri-lanka) - [Lithuania](https://apptail.io/app/the-fifth-family-mafia-rpg-dprz/lithuania) - [Netherlands](https://apptail.io/app/the-fifth-family-mafia-rpg-dprz/netherlands) - [Norway](https://apptail.io/app/the-fifth-family-mafia-rpg-dprz/norway) - [Nepal](https://apptail.io/app/the-fifth-family-mafia-rpg-dprz/nepal) - [Panama](https://apptail.io/app/the-fifth-family-mafia-rpg-dprz/panama) - [Brunei](https://apptail.io/app/the-fifth-family-mafia-rpg-dprz/brunei) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/the-fifth-family-mafia-rpg-dprz/canada) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
