## The First National Bank in SF Reviews in United States

### ***** "Easy Access"
I like easy access.
-- SD-10, 2023-12-30

### ****- "Great bank, great app"
Just works, every time.
-- 9th-Try, 2023-08-10

### ***** "I can’t imagine there is a better bank"
The app works great, the people are amazing and they give back to the community.
-- Apeshed, 2022-04-16

### **--- "Works When Wants To"
I have to reset my password at least once a month because the app won’t take my password that is correct. I’ve called and talked to someone at the bank and they have verified that my password I am entering is correct and I am not locked out because of password attempts. I don’t use direct deposit so it is majorly inconvenient when the app does not work.
-- Lissluu, 2022-03-02

### *---- "Never works without WiFi connection"
I can never get the app to work without a wifi connection it’s ridiculous. You may be thinking to yourself “what an idiot just turn on cellular data for the app” but ohohohh you’d be wrong. It is on. I even restart my phone and disconnect from cellular to see if I can get it to work. It never loads in and is always stuck on the initial “first National bank” screen. I can’t tell you how frustrating it is as someone with multiple accounts that needs to move money around frequently. Super irritating.
-- Khcdjfsggsfnbcgfd, 2021-03-09

### ***** "Shelley Sandbulte"
I needed to check with Andy at the bank about setting up my account and he was very very helpful thank you Andy
-- TP-6, 2021-01-04

### ***-- "Touch ID"
Touch ID has not been working for over a month! Needs to fixed/updated
-- ttrigg84, 2020-12-17

### **--- "Mobile App"
App is slow and errors out often. Please keep working on it to make it faster and more user friendly.
-- JRL-, 2019-09-23

### **--- "App has Problems"
I’m so sick of this app not working when I need to look at my account. It says (enter a valid password) but the same password works online. So annoying.
-- Maurer_power12, 2019-07-28

### ***** "Love it!"
It’s never been buggy and I’ve always had access except for when it was an entire business system update. Highly recommend
