Enjoying the deals available. -- Soosied, 2026-09-28 ### *---- "The whole company is a lie" DNT (Do Not buy from this) -- MT.zee, 2026-09-27 ### ***-- "Needs update" Needs update. I can’t login to the app at all. It opens and lets me look around but not able to login to my account. I put in email address and password and then it just stays on that screen. No issues using website I can login and complete transactions without a problem. App not useable for me at the moment and needs update to UI as it is clunky -- RTClair2016, 2026-09-27 ### ***** "Baddo" Excellent -- Baddoly, 2026-09-23 ### ***** "OO" Nice place to shop -- ijustwannaplaygamesmom, 2026-09-21 ### *---- "Poor" Awful customer service. Received only a free sample instead of my order and have sent numerous emails and had no reply. Customer service number also isn’t in service -- Dhhslaleu, 2026-09-15 ### *---- "Rubbish" A totally non user friendly app -- KatyW81, 2026-09-13 ### **--- "Great app… shame it does work" As a member of anything, I would like the company’s associated app to function correctly. Two issues that I find annoying are, 1. I am unable to add the TFS card to my Apple wallet… says it doesn’t exist, and 2. My current order isn’t showing so I’m unable to track it. Given this app scores 4.3 I surmise there are other issues also. -- aibo-uk, 2026-09-11 ### *---- "Terrible delivery" Even though I paid for a fast delivery, the order was placed on 2 September. Today is 8 September and still no delivery -- Danny Boy GT, 2026-09-08 ### *---- "Review" Awful app never have accurate stock whenever placing an order , payments taken then find out the next day that there was no stock and get refund. Awful -- honestReviewzx, 2026-09-07 ### ***** "MissJenni" Very Convenient -- Jenni007Itunes, 2026-09-06 ### ***** "TFS app" Excellent, that’s what you expect of the app.. -- Tricky1645, 2026-09-03 ### ***** "Good for Fragrance" Good for luxury Fragrance -- Guddu Lal 575, 2026-09-01 ### *---- "No free samples" Don’t pay for membership I went to their store and they said if I get membership they would give me free samples of perfume I don’t need to pay or buy perfume. I paid for the membership then I in store just showed my membership card and they said oh no you need to buy perfume for free samples in store Or you will get free samples online if you purchase 40 pounds perfume. I bought perfume online nothing shows up as free. -- Prbs786, 2026-08-31 ### *---- "Not good" The app don’t even allow you to log in or anything -- Labsvhdjvubebdvd, 2026-08-29 ### ***** "Mr Jugran" Everyone in the merry hill branch is very polite and helpful Thanks FTS -- AjSuperman@12345, 2026-08-25 ### *---- "Poor Shipping" Not satisfactory -- Geeboy28, 2026-08-25 ### ***** "MP♥️" Well I just love the fragrance shop -- Miss Tahpie, 2026-08-25 ### ***** "Stew" Love the fragrance shop been a customer for years, and the price is a fraction on other high street shops -- Stew2026, 2026-08-20 ### *---- "No one contacts you back and your orders doesn’t show up" I’ve been trying to get someone’s attention for nearly two weeks after I spent over £200 on purchases that have not been be registered on the app, for which the tracking number shows an error and the bot keeps sending me to the customer service email. Don’t bother trying to phone, the phone line is permanently closed, so you end up going round and round in circles. I’m going to wait a couple more days and contact my bank to get my money back. -- ThisIsTaken555, 2026-08-18 [View all The Fragrance Shop reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## The Fragrance Shop Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | United Kingdom | Shopping | #149 | ## The Fragrance Shop Discovered Keywords - fragrance direct - perfume shop - aftershave - the fragrance shop - fragrance shop - the perfume shop uk - the fragrance shop uk - scentaddict - mytfs - peppermayo ## Apps Similar to The Fragrance Shop - [FRASERS.com](https://apptail.io/app/fraserscom-rdc/united-kingdom) - [The Perfume Shop – TPS App](https://apptail.io/app/the-perfume-shop-tps-app-ull/united-kingdom) - [Superdrug - Beauty and Health](https://apptail.io/app/superdrug-beauty-and-health-IGm/united-kingdom) - [The Range: Home & DIY Deals](https://apptail.io/app/the-range-home-diy-deals-GYq/united-kingdom) - [Victoria’s Secret UK & Ireland](https://apptail.io/app/victorias-secret-uk-ireland-IlA/united-kingdom) - [Debenhams](https://apptail.io/app/debenhams-ouA/united-kingdom) - [allbeauty: Beauty & Fragrance](https://apptail.io/app/allbeauty-beauty-fragrance-hfKn/united-kingdom) - [Savers](https://apptail.io/app/savers-znbo/united-kingdom) - [MandM](https://apptail.io/app/mandm-nVav/united-kingdom) - [Justmylook](https://apptail.io/app/justmylook-togw/united-kingdom) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
