He can help you reach your goals plus more by pushing you to your limit. This app is super beneficial as well with some much flexibility and like minded individuals in its own community. Use this app for any workout routine for any amount of time! -- Keena S, 2024-01-29 ### *---- "‼️‼️beware run away fast" App created by unprofessional trainer (Rell/Jerrell) to train who caused traumatizing incident for me (paying client). Incident/training includes but is not limited to: - Name calling - Using profanity towards clients - Repeated use of racist and sexist terms - Reposting photos of clients in the gym bathroom on social media - Telling potential clients they don’t need to be a member at the gym to receive his services - Leaving training sessions for various personal reasons - Predatory pricing by changing pricing of packages after initial consultation and reducing it after It’s absolutely ridiculous… the list goes on and on, management is aware but is putting profit over people. -- Noeladdicted, 2022-07-15 ### ***** "BEST FITNESS APP" Great fitness app, holds me accountable. Thank you for this! -- Kenny Midday, 2021-08-21 ### ***** "Easy & Convenient" This app is very easy to use & very convenient. It suggest food I should eat, workouts I should do, gives me list of trainers in whatever area I’m in. Here and there they have challenges which allows cash prizes.. who doesn’t love free cash just for getting your body together. That’s a win win to me. All in all I love the app and would recommend it to anyone :) -- karamarie50, 2021-08-21 ### ***** "Best in the DMV" The best in the DMV! Always pushing his clients to be better.! Definitely will achieve goals if consistent!!! Meal preps, proper guidance and overall MOTIVATIONAL 💕 -- stevie823, 2021-08-21 ### ***** "Results" Ask anybody or just look at the people who train with Rell and all you will see is results.
