特别失望退订程序太复杂

一切都是美好的直到退订那一刻！在官网上用户居然不能自行完成退订被告知需要亲自打电话给The Globe 而且必须是在指定的时间范围内打过去如果不取消订阅系统会一直给你记账直到你打电话去取消那时候会告诉你你已经欠费多少我以为作为加拿大最知名的报业服务会跟其报道一样充满人性关怀 Wrong wrong wrong 我看到的只是傲慢的姿态想尽办法不让用户离开 Farewell, Globe and Mail!
