## The Good Neighbour Description
"The Good Neighbour" is a new and amazing app to help everyone save money on their household renos and projects! Absolutely free to download. It's based simply on neighbour to neighbour tool rentals. Log in and add all your tools to your "toolbox" that way your tools will come up when neighbours search. Need a tool? just search for it, watch all the results pop up near you. Use the tool for a fraction of the cost new.
A rating system is in place so you rest with ease knowing that your tools will be treated with care. The good neighbour keeps track of who has your tools and will make sure your tool comes back the way it left. All transactions are conducted through the app. Imagine a community where you can just walk down the street for a tool. instead of running to the hardware store and spending a fortune.

## The Good Neighbour Reviews in Canada

### *---- "App is the worst"
Terrible looking, like 00s Windows mobile app for PDA. Many bugs, hints and tutorials are annoying!
-- big_brother_ca, 2024-10-14

### *---- "Terrible app"
The app is terrible. Many bugs. New bugs discovered all the time. The app team acknowledges the issue and they almost never resolve the issues.
-- wap? really, 2024-07-21

### ***** "Will be using this app a lot!"
The Good Neighbour app is very easy to use! What a great idea! From tools to paddle boards, this is my go to for all things work / fun related + my friends, family, colleagues, neighbours & I are saving a boat load of cash renting vs buying

Support local

Cheers,

### ***** "Customer service"
Had some issues with people not responding but the customer service is top notch. Had an issue with downloading the app and was able to speak with the co founder on the phone in less than five minutes. Issue was resolved and he followed up with me afterwords to ensure I had everything I needed. Extremly impressed.

### ***** "Amazing!"
Grateful to have discovered this fantastic app! The concept of renting from neighbors is truly ingenious. It turned out to be even more straightforward than I had anticipated. The app's user-friendliness is outstanding. It proved to be the ideal solution for tackling those small or big home renovations without the expense of purchasing new tools!

### ***** "Great app but found a bug"
I was not able to send message, book a tool, or edit profile if I register by Apple. But I tried later to create a new account, everything works.
-- panqier, 2023-04-28

### ***** "Great concept"
The app is a great idea! I have rented dozens of times without any problems. The system does however have room for improvement when it comes to ease of use. The app is a great idea and I’m sure it will only grow in the future!
-- Nic mcp, 2022-06-11

### ***** "Great for finding those bigger tools you only need once and a while"
I don’t do much edge joining but when I do a jointer is a must. With this app I found a person in my area renting one out. It’s been awesome.
-- Jeremy2387, 2021-06-10

### ***** "Dads helping dads!"
I love that I can rent a tool locally from my fellow dads without breaking the bank. Already recommend some friends here
-- weekendrenter, 2021-05-18

### ***** "The app is awesome"
One of the owners has taken the time to walk me through the app and had amazing customer service. I would recommend this app to anyone
