I have approached Babil games to delete my Data three times. You start on their website and give them you game name and ID number than you receive an email in which they ask the same questions again . They also ask what your issue is . I politely replied with the info again and expressed that there was no issue with the game . My second email is always that the Ticket was closed . I also have another player in the game which I can’t access via facebook anymore. Like
baby reindeer they just don’t let go of you .They are not helpful.

The game crashed a few days ago. Nothing will work, no update corrects the issue. Game support continuously sends vague and impossible questions to help fix the issue. I would be considered a “whale” in this game with the amount of money I spent and zero help. Do not spend a dime on this game. Find something with a real support staff. From Stillfront Games down to Babil it’s a racket.

I try to give the game a chance for the first time, and the game stop loading on 7/82 and it won’t load up more i try deleting some others apps and the game itself and installing it again and still the same problem i think i will change my mind of playing this game and look for another one that really works..
Over charging
Saw a promotion for 1.99 for a first time topup figured why not and it changed me almost 17$. Not recommended to make purchases on the app

This game is Anti USA and shouldn't be released in the USA and a Arab player left my alliance for being a American so this game should only be released in the Middle East this review won’t change

I should’ve listen to the reviews because I too have lost everything, and good luck trying to get an actual answer from them. You’ll be talking to a bot and never a live agent. Nothing but time and money wasted. It’s a big big f u to your player base when it’s happen to so many people. Update the game and boom next day can’t do nothing.
