The cost of the call is based on 15-minute intervals and depends on the industry. For example, the rate to speak with a plumber may be $20 per 15 minutes. So a 15-minute call will cost $20 and a 30-minute call will cost $40. The 15-minute rate is clearly visible when selecting the industry and submitting a request.
