You made a refresh to the kings heath gym and now the QR for the doors doesn’t work anymore. Every user here has the same issue

I’ve used the gym for a short while then I’ve been charged without prior notice even though I’ve specified to be notified email or message before every month and then I’ve decided to cancel the membership which the whole process is ridiculous and stupid and at the end when I’ve asked for refund they refuse even thought I didn’t use the gym facilities.

Havent been to the gym recently for my own reasons but payment went out anyway just before i cancelled it so is still valid for another 3wks.. so why is this gym app showing as needing to 'rejoin'? Is very off-putting.

Not sure why boxing bag is never hanging up as for me it is a very important part of the gym that’s why I am giving the gym a 3

I often find empty product containers, hair and funny smell when enter the gym showers. It just needs regular check up’s, especially when gym is open 24/7

The app isn’t working, scanner isn’t working nor is my code

The search feature is broken and only allows me to view/search a few other gyms which are hundreds on miles from me, rather than allowing me to search for other gym group gyms in my area.

You can’t actually see the numbers. It always shows zero at London Waterloo.

Showers are a bit smelly,and dirty and the equipment is worn ,I’ve been to the one in Poole really clean equipment but again the showers are dirty.

Went to go to the gym today and it’s locked up/closed. No notifications to warn me it was going to be closed or telling my why it’s closed. Would like a refund on my monthly fee as I was expecting this to be accessible 24 hours a day
