## The Herald-Times Reviews in United States

### *---- "Ridiculous"
We have to call at least every 2 weeks to restore our account (You know the wait, the music, the eventual condescending voice on the other end)…. We’ve paid for a year. It always fails to recognize our account when trying to open. It’s beyond maddening. I would cancel but my husband wants the paper…. Not too much to ask. I’m getting my news from the internet. The Herald times is a waste of our retirement money.
-- Samluvsbirds, 2024-11-19

### ***** "Subscription Cost"
I cannot find the subscription costs anywhere. Are you ashamed at how much it costs?
-- *Prunella*, 2024-06-08

### *---- "Freezes constantly"
This new app is very frustrating.
-- Jamillionq, 2024-06-04

### *---- "Frustrating"
Pop up ads are distracting, and the enewspaper doesn’t automatically load or update even though it is the default. The digital NYT and its customer service is so much better than this.
-- DSWBN, 2024-06-02

### ****- "End $1.00 subscription, I’ve enjoyed it but my age has taken my sight somewhat."
Cordially, Walter L. Hatfield
