## The Hive by Building Engines Description
The Hive by Building Engines enables building tenants to easily manage all building issues and tasks. Stay on top of important updates from your building manager.  Quickly snap a picture of a problem and submit a work order, pre-register visitors, rate your experience, and more.

The Hive is available at no charge to tenants whose property managers use Building Engines property management software. If your building is not one of the thousands managed by Building Engines’ industry-leading software, suggest to your property manager that they start using Building Engines today to improve operational efficiency, mitigate risk, improve tenant satisfaction, and make more informed decisions.  Have them visit our website to learn more.

The Hive replaces the Building Engines TenHub tenant mobile app.

GETTING STARTED

-  Make sure you have already activated/logged into your Building Engines tenant portal account provided by your property manager.  Set your password from your desktop or laptop.*  
-  Download The Hive from the app store onto your smartphone.
-  Login using your existing Building Engines tenant portal username and password.

If you have questions about The Hive, please contact your building manager.

*  If your property manager does not use Building Engines, suggest that they start using it today.

For newer iPhones that support 3D Touch, I’d like to 3D-press the app to quickly launch the Quick Issue Snap feature.

Also, it’s time to add support for the larger screens on iPhone X and later.

I am looking forward to using this app more and more, and am glad my building management company has started offering it.

So glad to have this app for reporting maintenance items to our maintenance provider. No more taking notes and waiting to get back to my office to report them. Just open the app, select the property, provide a brief description of the issue and send it. Even has the option to take a photo and drawl a circle or arrow to highlight the problem. Definitely helps with managing our 68 properties.
