Very bad app
This app is incredibly obsolete. Home Depot should take more pride in putting out a better app for its customers. Very very bad

“Cannot duplicate email address”
Authenticating into the website or the app is tricky. When I try to login, it asks me for my email address and when proving it, it says “Cannot duplicate email address”! Hello?! You’d have to clear cookies/ kill or restart app couple times (Did I say cross fingers?) before it accepts the email address. That is really a hurdle in the checkout process, but otherwise the app is pretty decent.

The Home Depot app is so easy to use it makes shopping a pleasure.

When placing the order the system didn’t allow me to enter my promotional code. C8SBETP? For no interest 12 month offer. Please key in for me
Video won’t play
When using the app with an iPad the product video won’t play.

Too time consuming
The process of ordering is far too time consuming. Why can’t I pay with APPLE PAY and be done in seconds ??? Make this easier for your customers.
Terrible performance for the past 6 months
Won’t keep my store location set, sometimes won’t even load to the point where I can set my store. Far too much of a hassle.
