## The Hopeful Description
A daily-use self-care app featuring encouragement, journaling, and mood tracking. Explore and reflect on how you’re feeling and what you’re facing through journaling with unique writing prompts, recording your emotions, and receiving encouragement and inspirational quotes that you can share on social media. The app also features curated blog posts and podcast episodes by To Write Love on Her Arms, which cover a variety of mental health topics such as depression, anxiety, addiction, living with diagnoses, healing trauma, and more.

Self-care, awareness, and connection are at the forefront of The Hopeful. We believe in talking about and addressing the hard things—while believing that better days are possible. Regardless of how you choose to use The Hopeful, know that your story is important and hope exists.

To Write Love On Her Arms is a non-profit movement dedicated to presenting hope and finding help for people struggling with depression, addiction, self-injury, and suicide. TWLOHA exists to encourage, inform, inspire, and also to invest directly into treatment and recovery.

I’ve only just got the app an hour or two ago but already i feel so at home. I was looking for an app to journal and i just haven’t loved my other options and with ADHD it makes it difficult to sit down and write. I tested probably 6 other apps but the hopeful is different, The journaling is simple and the little emojis are so cute and i love the article features. I don’t have to pay or search hard to find articles that resonate so hard to myself. I already know this app is going to do amazing things for me.
