## The Housing Executive Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Haribo’s to use"
I had to schedule a repayment plan due to having a full time job whilst being homeless and living in a hostel. I had to repay £500 even though I managed to work myself out even though there’s people in there not paying anything on benefits yet they couldn’t help me when I needed it. The repayment system is shocking, I try to save the card and it gets deleted straight away for no reason and it doesn’t tell you what the remaining balance is either or any of your past payments. Horrible app, horrible system.

### ***-- "Payment schedule"
I needed assistance with a scheduled payment that for no reason didn’t leave my account I contacted the help desk as advised by email and still waiting 2weeks later on response so I’ve had to cancel schedule and reinstate. Don’t have a help desk if no one responds to customer service issues.
