Why such a high rating for this app?
Absolutely shocking - anyone would think the organisers didn’t WANT people to buy tickets for their gig. I’ll watch it on telly instead.

What a rubbish website. After all the email hype sent to ticket buyers last year and 2023 the tickets link only goes to hospitality tickets. What a shambles.

Too complex, too much personal data required
Takes a long time and a lot of effort to get this working. Lots of personal data collected. Registration swaps between website and app with no notification.
App needs to provide real time info
Impossible to find out what is going on during rain break - had to logon to BBC
