The Hybrid Logr is a training companion for runners and gym athletes who want structure, progression, and results, whether you're chasing a HYROX PB or building a stronger, fitter version of yourself.

STRUCTURED TRAINING PLANS
Follow week-by-week programmes built specifically for hybrid athletes. Every session is laid out for you, just open the app and train. Progressive overload is built in, so you're always moving forward.

BUILD YOUR OWN SESSIONS
Create fully custom structured workouts from scratch using the mixed session builder. Combine Run, AMRAP, EMOM, Strength, and Rest blocks in any order, configure each one exactly how you want it, and save it to your library to run whenever you're ready.

LOG EVERY SESSION
Track your runs with pace, distance, and heart rate zones. Record every strength set with weights and reps. Your history is always there when you need it, see what you lifted last time and beat it.

BUILT FOR HYROX
Programmes are designed around HYROX race demands, combining running endurance with functional strength. Includes AMRAP and EMOM formats, race-specific conditioning blocks, and a race-day taper. Use the Race Planner to map out your target splits across every run and station, then share your race plan straight from the app.

STRENGTH TRACKING THAT WORKS
The app remembers every exercise you've ever logged. Load up Bench Press and your last session's weights are already filled in. Track your estimated 1RM as you get stronger.
